Experience defining KPIs such as system adoption rates, campaign ROI, and customer engagement levels to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing technologies.
Experience managing vendor relationships
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with
the company's goals and market dynamics. • Lead the integration and utilization of marketing technologies such as CRM systems, data
analytics platforms, content management, commerce solutions and digital marketing tools. • Oversee the marketing technology team, providing guidance, and mentorship while
fostering an environment of innovation and high performance. • Collaborate with Driven Brands line-of-business leaders, IT, sales, and marketing
departments to ensure a seamless flow of data and consistent customer experiences. • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that contracts and performance metrics meet the
strategic needs of the business. • Stay abreast of new trends and technologies in the marketing tech landscape,
recommending and driving adoption of innovations that can provide competitive
advantage. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system adoption rates,
campaign ROI, and customer engagement levels to evaluate the effectiveness of
marketing technologies.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field. • At least 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on marketing
technologies in a leadership role. • Experience executing strategic customer journey mapping within consumer facing website
properties • Proven track record of implementing successful marketing technology strategies and
solutions. • Strong understanding of CRM systems, CDP, data management platforms, and digital
marketing tools. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-
