Title: Business Systems AnalystLocation: San Clemente, CA (HYBRID)Salary: $85k - $115k + BonusMedical Device Company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team!RESPONSIBILITIES**CRM (Salesforce)User/Territory Management
- Activate and deactivate users, create and update roles as needed.
- Perform Salesforce training for new users during onboarding.
- Maintain territory assignments and documentation.
- Manage user role permissions and update as business needs evolve.
Lead Management
- Import and clean leads for the marketing and sales teams.
- Verify that automations are running as designed.
Salesforce Reporting & Analytics
- Create, validate, and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with management to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts.
- Prompt sales teams to keep opportunity stages and close dates current.
- Generate business performance reports, including closed-lost reports.
Salesforce Improvements
- Design custom flows, notifications, and fields.
- Manage lead routing and assignments with Salesforce Maps for all states.
- Update price lists, promotions, discounts, and sharing rules.
- Monitor platform activity and report irregularities to management.
- Collaborate with contractors, international Salesforce admins, and Account Managers for complex integrations and customizations.
- Conduct UAT for new Salesforce features and modules.
Quote Assistance
- Assist sales reps and management in generating quotations and purchase agreements.
- Create and send purchase agreements on demand during sales calls.
Customer Success Role as it relates to Company's ERP systems (Priority)
- Provide analytics of ERP service calls for management review.
- Monitor the customer hot list and prepare weekly/monthly recaps.
Team Collaboration**INTERNAL BI PLATFORM
- Conduct daily audits of the platform and ensure data accuracy in reports, graphs, and dashboards.
- Cross-verify data with other internal and external systems.
- Maintain logs of checks and findings.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues to relevant teams.
**CONSUMABLE SALES PLATFORM (E-STORE)Customer Support
- Provide direct support to customers facing issues with keycodes from WooCommerce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve keycode issues, using various platforms.
Geographical Coverage - Support customers in the US, Canada, and LATAM regions.
Loyalty Programs
- Oversee and validate submissions for the loyalty program.
- Troubleshoot issues related to coupon codes and reward redemptions.
- Maintain records of submissions in Excel for reporting and quality assurance purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce. Salesforce Certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Priority) is a plus
