Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Utilize Windows PowerShell to automate tasks and streamline processes within the client systems
- Implement and manage VDI
- Windows Virtual Desktop solutions to support remote access and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate into various applications and projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows systems, VDI's and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the systems, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor junior team members on related technologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all system management activities.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
