Actively seeking an experienced Dynamics NAV/Business Central Administrator looking to step into a new challenge. My client is a well-established Manufacturer that have successfully been operating for more than 75 years in their field. The successful candidate would play a pivotal role in the management and maintenance of the current NAV solution, with the view that in the nearing future, they would take lead in a full upgrade project to D365 Business Central.
The role is 5 days per week in the Atlanta, GA area (Offering work from home 2/3 per week on the completion of probation).
Responsibilities
Maintain and Develop Microsoft Dynamics NAV application to optimize system performance and user experience including integration with 3rd party systems.
Assist with NAV projects, contributing to planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.
Implement EDI integrations with vendors and customers for smooth data exchange.
Provide 1st & 2nd line support to various departments on any NAV issues to fix issues as quickly as possible.
Lead the migration process from NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Document changes to system configurations and customizations for future reference.
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on NAV & BC once implemented.
Skills Required
Minimum of 3 year's experience maintaining & optimizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV & D365 Business Central
Experience in integrating 3rd party application with Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions
1st & 2nd line support experience with Dynamics Nav/Business Central
Experience with reporting tools such as Jet Reports or Power BI is a benefit but not essential
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
