Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Los Angeles, CA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing tenant email correspondence, interfacing with our property management software, inputting invoices, depositing checks online, organizing company documents, handling daily mail, etc. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining filing systems and performing other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Tech savvy, with high comfort level in working with computers, search engines and online systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in writing business correspondence
Strong mathematics skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
