We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Project Management Intern to join our Platform Engineering team in our Peoria office. This is an on-site position, providing you with the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in our company culture and collaborate closely with the engineers who build and maintain our core platform. As an intern reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain insight into the leadership and strategic direction of our technology. You'll contribute directly to the success of our software projects, gaining valuable experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and software development lifecycle management - all while utilizing our own TADA platform!
What You'll Do:
Master the TADA Platform: Become proficient in using the TADA platform to manage project timelines, track progress, and collaborate with team members.
Drive Project Timelines: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project timelines and schedules within TADA, ensuring projects stay on track and meet key milestones.
Facilitate Seamless Communication: Use TADA to facilitate communication and information sharing between engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Keep Things Organized: Maintain meticulous project documentation within TADA, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations, ensuring information is readily accessible and up to date.
Champion Product Documentation: Contribute to the creation of clear and concise release notes, user guides, and other product documentation to support user understanding and adoption.
Embrace Agile: Learn and apply agile development methodologies and best practices to contribute to iterative development and continuous improvement.
Support the VP of Engineering: Provide support to the VP of Engineering through tasks such as scheduling, meeting preparation, and data analysis.
