Location: The Woodlands, TX (in office 4 days per week), 9 hour days Mon-Fri, WFH half days on Fridays

Responsibilities:
A midstream client in The Woodlands is seeking a Land Analyst to join their team to assist with a project after acquiring a client. The Land Analyst's main responsibility is reviewing physical land documents, files, and contracts, and ensuring all physical documents are uploaded accurately in Quorum and OpenText. Some files may already be digitally transferred, but it is the Land Analyst's responsibility to ensure which documents need to be updated vs which ones have already been transferred to a digital file. The team expects to complete 10 files per day and this project will exceed 12 months. This individual will be an independent contributor and must be extremely detail-oriented, have experience with OpenText and Quorum, and able to work independently in the office at least 4 days per week.
Must Haves:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years in Quorum (Land System)
2+ years' experience reviewing land contracts/files
Nice to Have:
2+ years in OpenText or similar software
Experience re-imaging documents in OpenText or Quorum
