We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team, focusing on the insurance side of the business. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that enhance our operations, improve member experiences, and align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy services) to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing issues to minimize impact.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and streamline current workflows to enhance efficiency and support organizational goals.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project deliverables.
Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and performance metrics to communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims, and policy management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
