Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for various research initiatives.
Coordinate project activities among project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Facilitate team meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and issue logs, ensuring all records are up to date.
Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools.

Education/Experiences
Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to take initiative, seek guidance when needed, and drive projects forward without waiting for instructions, while effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking and decision-making.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
