Qualifications:
Experience: • Insurance industry experience preferred (minimum 1-2 years ideal). • Customer service experience required.
Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance software is a plus.
Education: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience considered.
