They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive transformative projects across our organization.
Position Overview:
The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing strategic transformation projects that align with the company's long-term goals. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, change management skills, and industry-specific knowledge in construction and design engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Leads entire projects, solving advanced problems and guiding the team, may include responsibilities related to developing managers.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, design, finance, and IT.
Drive the adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices across the organization.
Monitor project progress, performance, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate project outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Minimum of seven years of experience in project management, with a focus on transformation initiatives in the construction and design engineering industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, design principles, and engineering methodologies.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
A master's degree in a related field
PMP (Project Management Professional), Sig Sigma or similar certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption in construction and design engineering.
