5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
What You Will Be Doing
Leverage management consulting discipline to assess scope and impact of a cross-functional/cross-product program with complex workstreams.
Make recommendations of workstream breakdown structure across competing priorities.
Advocate a program management discipline and serve as a voice for sponsor education and credible challenge.
Assess and filter key risks, issues, and material status changes to provide execution excellence and judgement in escalation savvy.
Serve to support project management needs across existing track verticals in Banking and CRE.
Design governance structures to initiate Steering Committee routines and provide support for documentation, artifacts to support action items and key decisions.
Assess disparate project objectives and distill into common taxonomy and strategic thought leadership.
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
