Job Description:
Join a leading entertainment company as a Merchandise Assistant Planning Associate. In this role, you'll support merchandise planning by developing assortment plans, analyzing sales performance, and optimizing inventory levels. Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely product releases, and preparing performance presentations for leadership. You'll proactively manage planning tasks, identify stock concerns, and drive store performance improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Business Objects, and Oracle Retail
Strong financial and analytical skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of basic financial measures like sales, gross margins, and weeks of supply
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
