Growing IT Company in Columbia, MD is looking to hire a full-time, experienced Office Manager to join our team of technology experts.
We are looking for a professional individual with the ability to drive and work independently with minimal supervision; our CEO is looking to turn over some of his many hats to you! The duties will mainly consist of day-to-day office operations which will include managing the CEO's calendar, assisting team members with coordinating scheduling, inventory control, light accounting/billing and HR responsibilities. Must have a high level of Administrative/Organizational skills and Strong Attention to Detail to help run these day-to-day office operations. Experience with Microsoft Suites, Outlook, ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate and Pax8 are a plus.
Our candidate must be reliable and punctual, able to multitask and have strong written & communication skills. We would love for our candidate to be eager to learn new tasks and applications.

Duties and Responsibilities- Ownership of your role; minimal supervision
1. Billing and Invoicing
a. Reconciling Accounts & Updating Agreements in ConnectWise
b. Weekly project invoicing with Client Success Manager
2. Human Resources
a. Health Insurance enrollment
b. New Hire Documentation
c. Preparing documents; Drafting, proofreading, and editing
3. Scheduling
a. Managing the CEO's calendar; Organizing Meetings/Lunches, Time Management
4. Office Management/Administrative
a. Executes everyday clerical and general office duties
b. Help managing lunches and/or team outings internally
c. Minor office upkeep & errands
d. Inventory; Orders, receives and maintains office supplies, including uniforms
e. Manage Vendors; Interact and coordinate orders
Education and Experience • Associate's degree preferred • 4+ Years of experience can be used in lieu of Degree, if in a similar position • 4+ years customer service experience
