Minimum Requirements:
Financial industry experience, required
Previous experience with custodians, preferably Charles Schwab
Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired, preferably CRM
Must have experience handling and servicing specific client accounts
Must understand Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts

Responsibilities:
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:
Keep CRM updated with client interaction and processes
Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing, and transferring of accounts)
Complete and process all applications for business submitted by the Advisor
Ensure the accuracy of information provided and all forms needed for all client requests
Submit all completed in-good-order applications and forms to the proper agencies
Follow-up on pending applications, transfers, and money movements
Research and analyze application issues and provide problem-resolution
Answer Advisors' requests and respond to their needs in a timely manner
Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management
