A leading health and wellness brand has an immediate need for an experienced Sr. Product Training and Education Specialist. Here, you will play a key role in developing and delivering product training and educational content that is aligned with regional strategies and focusing on fostering growth while supporting organizational objectives, and empowering our network of partners and customers. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish (Written/Oral Communication)
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive educational tools, such as reference guides, presentations, and Q&A materials, to support key new product launches in North America.
Ensure alignment with brand positioning and product messaging to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
Lead the creation of region-specific training videos, marketing campaigns, and educational materials to support both existing products and new launches.
Maintain and expand the learning content library within the established training framework.
Work closely with regional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Sports Sponsorships, to create impactful training presentations for major events such as Leadership Development Weekends, Success Training Seminars, and other strategic gatherings.
Partner with the global education team to adapt and implement content for regionalized platforms.
Organize and lead expert-led product training calls for distributors, members, and customers based on regional strategies.
Present product education initiatives to distributor leadership and support discussions with committees to align with business strategies like Nutrition Clubs and Preferred Member Programs.
Lead the coordination of regional educational activities and projects while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in multi-level marketing, direct sales, or a similar environment with exposure to product training, marketing, and customer relations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in public speaking, training delivery, and content development.
Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) and writing educational materials.
Collaborative mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and results-driven focus.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Fluent in oral and written Spanish.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
