JOOLA is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our Product team. This role is responsible for supporting our product line managers by assisting in the lifecycle of products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
The role also involves distilling insights to guide product development, optimize user experience, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Strategy:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to execute product initiatives
Assist in defining product requirements
Partner with Product Managers to define product goals, success metrics, and priorities
Work with factories and vendors to develop products
Provide data-driven recommendations to guide product roadmap decisions and support the product roadmap by prioritizing features and tasks based on business and user impact
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights
Market and User Research:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with research/data team to understand customer needs and pain points
Use customer feedback and survey data to propose product enhancements
Tools and Technologies:
Utilize tools Centric to enter and manage product information
Use Monday.com to manage project and production timelines
Be comfortable using Netsuite (ERP) to pull data and read reports
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
Experience:
Prior experience or internship in product management, business analysis, or a related role
Knowledge of pickleball a plus
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment
Knowledge of product management lifecycle
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc.
