LHH is seeking a Sales Admin for one of our Non-Profit clients in the Greater Milwaukee Area. They are offering a Hybrid Schedule with 3 days on-site per week.
What you will be doing-
Supporting the sales team with various tasks such as communicating with customers, meeting coordination, email responses, and other various admin tasks.
Track and maintain reports and dashboards for team meetings and updates for leadership.
Coordinate e-newsletters
Prepare and submit sponsorships for payment processing, execute sponsorship logistics, and maintain files and systems to track all development activities.
Qualifications -
Non Profit fundraising experience
Minimum of 1 year CRM experience
Trade show experience
Strong project management and organizational skills, with a close eye for details.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment while working independently with minimal oversight to meet deadlines and goals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with diverse stakeholders.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Pay range - Up to $60,000/ annual based on experience
