SNI Companies is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to work for one of our growing Houston based clients. This is a great entry level opportunity offering a set M-F schedule and lots of opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls from customers and assisting with questions.
Responding to email inquiries from customers
Adjusting plans and billing as needed
Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
Bilingual: Spanish/English
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to work M-F 8am to 5pm
