The Portfolio Management QC Analyst ensures accuracy and consistency in project data across PowerPlan (PP) and Primavera P6 (P6). This role involves data validation, cross-checking reports, updating project records, and completing project workflow before integration into P6.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Validation & QC Checks • Export and analyze the System Cross Check BI report from SharePoint. • Compare new reports with previous QC checks. • Format reports, add a Notes column, and ensure data accuracy.
2. Excel Data Comparison & VLOOKUP • Use VLOOKUP to transfer notes from previous QC checks. • Identify and review new projects labeled "N/A" for further processing.
3. Project Workflow & P6 Integration • Check project status in Estimating Workflow Tracking on SharePoint. • Ensure workflow completion before adding projects to P6. • Review project funding details in PowerPlan and update planning spreadsheets.
4. Compliance & Access Requests • Request AIM access for PowerPlan project forecasts. • Follow internal compliance for data management. • Coordinate with engineers and planners for project updates.
