BGSF is seeking an Operations Analyst with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. This position plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and leveraging strong analytical skills to improve business efficiencies across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with strategic analysis, capital allocations, and identifying performance issues across regional operations.
Provide data and analytical support to operations teams.
Communicate action plans to senior leadership and management.
Develop and implement performance metrics to track progress and success.
Contribute to materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual operational review meetings.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query/Power BI.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
