About the Role - This is a full-time, on-site role. As a General Manager, you will oversee and lead the daily operations and be responsible for full P&L of the business. You will manage and mentor the various teams, establish and maintain customer/vendor relationships, and work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the business requirements.

Participates in the collection of performance measurements per customer, vendor and/or site requirements
Know and be capable of communicating safety policies and procedures to all employees as needed
Qualifications - Associate degree or higher
Required Skills -
5+ years of experience in management (preferably in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment)
3+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to drive Associate engagement, assess & develop talent, continue learning, with focus on customers and deliver results
Must be able to work flexible hours necessary to meet customer and management expectations, and respond after normal work hours, when necessary.
