Our client, a venture capital firm investing in cutting edge health tech startups, is seeking a nimble Executive Assistant to join their team in Boston, MA. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to a principal and two VPs, while also sharing office management support with the EA team. The ideal candidate has experience working as an EA in finance and understands the pace of that environment.

THE NITTY GRITTY
Manage multiple executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
Coordinate detailed travel arrangements
Track and file expense reports
Assist with office management - ordering supplies & catering, sorting mail, work with outside vendors, etc.
Plan team events and offsites
Work collaboratively with other EAs and provide back up support when needed
Exercise excellent judgment, discretion and professionalism in all interactions
Assist with other tasks and ad hoc projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
5+ years of administrative support experience
Experience working in private equity, venture capital and/or investment management required
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to exercise good judgment, confidentiality and discretion
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Propensity to pitch in where you are needed and act resourcefully
Polished and professional demeanor
Expert prioritization and organizational skills

COMPENSATION: Base salary: $90,000/yr - $120,000/yr + bonus + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
