Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a top-tier project management team, applying effective delivery frameworks and fostering a culture of excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, making critical decisions on pricing strategies, resource management, risk management, and budgeting
  • Provide insights and guidance to project managers to proactively resolve issues and drive performance
  • Work closely with leadership to develop innovative solutions and ensure timely, effective project delivery
  • Take ownership of proposal reviews, scope development, and project budgets to ensure profitability and quality outcomes
  • Act as a key driver for consistency in project management practices, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives and industry standards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in the water/wastewater sector
  • Domestic and/or international travel may be required
  • Expertise in CADD 3D/4D software, engineering principles, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Additional Information:

Travel will be required depending on project demands. Equivalent directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
