Summary: This position will support a growing team of commercial real estate brokers. The successful candidate is responsible for prioritizing projects, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining multiple calendars and contacts to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment transacting across multiple states.
Main Responsibilities: • Assist entire Team with creation and publication of marketing materials • Coordinate orders and maintain relationships with third party vendors • Answer inbound calls and emails and designate follow-up • Assist with and track payment of company expenses and book travel • Organize, label and save all documents • Add to, edit and maintain companywide CRM with a special attention to details
Requirements: • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks • Team player and coachable attitude • Our team approach to client service requires in person work • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience • Office Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Skills: • Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Calendar • Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to write and verbally communicate in a professional manner • Any Adobe products a plus (InDesign, PDF Reader, Photoshop)
