We are seeking Project Management Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the overall management of assigned projects to ensure they meet budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects.
Participate in project walk-downs, validate completed work against design requirements, and review contractor payment requests.
Verify constructability, allocate resources appropriately, and resolve field-related issues.
Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local officials, and internal teams.
Assist in scope control, budget oversight, technical issue resolution, performance reporting, and scheduling.
Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Reinforce safety expectations, procedures, lessons learned, and corrective actions for all project team members and contractor staff.
Support activities related to safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration.
Collaborate with the project's designated management committee to ensure objectives are met.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, construction oversight, or related fields.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Knowledge of safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and budget management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with contractors, regulatory agencies, and community officials.
Familiarity with construction work planning, scheduling, and contractor payment processes is preferred.
