This person is responsible for leading the location, including service manager/advisors, administrative and service technicians. The Store Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the store and teammates, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates. This position supports our vision to be "an elite group of tire and service centers that provide a wide range of premium automotive services in well-maintained environments."
Develop and maintain staffing levels.
Lead team by setting goals, developing KPI's, evaluating performance, celebrating victories and coaching failures.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends and standards.
Follow all safety regulations, processes and procedures required the company, TIA, OSHA and NCDOL.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and profit quotas.
Maintain facility form and function
