About the Opportunity
Our Higher Education client, is seeking a highly skilled a Product Manager for a contract opportunity based in Tempe, Arizona. This hybrid position requires 3 days a week in office. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on key product initiatives related to Engagement, Wellness, and Financials that enhance students and faculty experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Process Leadership: Lead SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Product Oversight & Execution:
Manage and prioritize product backlogs, including ideation, journey mapping, user story writing, and future iterations.
Ensure timely delivery of product roadmaps and MVPs.
Drive strategic product development and contribute to long-term planning.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles and resolve dependencies.

MVP definition and release planning
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment
Strong background in leading SCRUM ceremonies and driving product iterations
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with the education, wellness, and financial technology sectors is a plus
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with in-office presence
