Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. The role involves working with Salesforce and Extensiv, teachable platforms that will be integral to daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Utilize Salesforce and Extensiv platforms to manage and document customer interactions, resolve issues, and track service requests.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions
Process and track customer orders, returns, and service requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, or any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and logistics, to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Support special projects or initiatives as assigned, including contributing to process improvements for customer service operations.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn and effectively use new software platforms such as Salesforce and Extensiv.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
