S&W has been retained by Salem Five to manage the search for the Bank's newly created Assistant Controller. This is a key leadership position within the bank's accounting and finance team.

The Assistant Controller will report to and will work closely with the Controller to oversee the daily management of the accounting department. The Assistant Controller is responsible for all financial records of the Bank and monitoring the annual budgeting process while providing critical leadership to a team of seven finance professionals. The successful candidate will hold a CPA and bring broad accounting expertise within public accounting or a financial institution.
