IntePros is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive and advanced administrative support to Procurement & Supply Chain Leadership team with our client in Sioux Falls, SD.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Prepare and distribute internal communications.
Create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Maintain electronic filing systems.
Input and update data in various systems and databases.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
Assist with preparation of reports.
Assist with processing invoices.
Provide administrative support for various projects.
Track project timelines and deliverables.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and tasks.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and other group members.
Facilitate the resolution of questions, requests, and inquiries, and route documentation appropriately and completely.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration.
Minimum of three years of Administrative Assistant experience.
Proficiency in the latest MS Office suite and database software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to arrive at effective solutions independently.
