The Client Relations Specialist position is an in-person role at our Capitol Hill office.
Responsibilities
Delivering white glove service to build strong relationships with clients
Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians, including managing client information and handling all cashiering and money movement requests
Updating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, reconciling account information
Maintaining integrity of client data
• Providing support with scheduling client meetings
Preferred Experience and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree • Series 65 or 66/7 preferred (may be obtained within a 180-day condition of employment) • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Outstanding operational, organizational and follow-up skills • Ability to manage and process complex operational work • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks • Flexibility and adaptability • Problem assessment and resolution • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and occasionally stressful environment
