Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of leveraged finance, working capital, and structured credit transactions.
  • Act as the primary process owner for leveraged finance workflows
  • Drive the trade close process from Investment Committee approval to deal funding, closure, and exit, in partnership with deal, finance, and back-office teams.
  • Review and reconcile transaction activity
  • Investigate and address trade breaks promptly.
  • Manage outsourced service providers and oversee loan maintenance activities
  • Monitor and report on credit facility usage and routine funding activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams to support business development, risk management, and reporting needs.
  • Adhere to operational and investment standards.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of operational experience in private credit, credit administration, insurance, or related fields.
  • Prior Middle Office experience is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of middle and back-office operations and processes.
  • Keen interest in financial and credit markets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a forward-looking approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
