We are looking for ambitious people to help us pursue our development in the U.S. Hivest Capital realized its first acquisition in the U.S. and is planning to accelerate its local development. The role:

As an Associate at Hivest Capital, you will have a well-rounded experience:

- New Business Acquisitions
  • Analyze businesses via deep dive into financial statements, market data, industry trends and business operations
  • Support strategic investment decisions by performing due diligence
  • Develop financial models to project performance and value creation
  • Conduct comprehensive research and compile findings into detailed reports
  • Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee

- Portfolio Company Monitoring & Value Creation
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies, providing regular updates and reports
  • Collaborate with senior team members on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Work closely with executive management teams to monitor and drive performance
  • Leverage board observation rights to ensure alignment with value creation objectives

- Investor Relations
  • Compile performance and updates to be shared with investors

What we expect from you:

- 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in management consulting or investment banking
