Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and enhance complex 3-statement financial models to forecast the financial performance of the business unit, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and operational strategies.
  • Business Unit Support: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, and marketing) to provide financial insights, identify growth opportunities, and address potential risks.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances, presenting actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the business unit with long-term planning, capital allocation strategies, and special projects that align with company objectives.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders, providing clear and concise financial insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.

Skills Needed:
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Educational & Work Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor's in Finance or similar area. Master's Degree and CFA are preferred
  • Work Experience: 5-7+ years of relevant experience; previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Private Equity backed organization is advantageous
