The Accounting Manager leverages your diverse accounting skillset to make an impactful difference in the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of processes in a highly successful, growing organization. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with Financial Controller to ensure monthly close is executed accurately and timely • Research and design brand new processes such as first-time journal entries, reconciliations, process memos, SOPs, etc. • Help manage revenue accounting from contract to collection of receivables • Identify areas for improvement and take the initiative to propose a solution and execute the solution through to a successful completion • Provide support in forecasting for purposes of budgeting and planning • Partner with cross-functional teams to support corporate initiatives • Prepare information for, and collaborate with, senior management team

Required: • 7+ years with progressive growth in accounting profession • Must be capable of executing monthly close duties along with related journal entries and reconciliations • Experience applying ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and streamlining customer collections process • With aid of ERP (NetSuite) and Excel, capacity to build meaningful reporting for management • Proven record of fostering positive relationship with and developing skills of fellow team members • Degree in Accounting
Preferred: • 4+ years in public accounting experience • Health care experience • Proven record of fostering positive relationship with and developing skills of fellow team members • Ability and desire to independently identify, and drive, process improvements • Graduate degree in accounting related field • CPA license
