Pricing and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product pricing, competitive landscape, and category performance. Regularly review and optimize pricing to improve sales and margins.
Promotional Pricing: Work closely with inventory management, marketing, and merchandising teams to optimize promotional pricing strategies. Analyze results and provide recommendations for future promotional activities.
Strategic Pricing Support: Assist in the development of overarching pricing strategies with the pricing and planning teams. Recommend and enforce pricing policies aimed at improving competitive positioning and profitability.
Advanced Financial Analysis: Utilize tools such as Excel, PriceFX, and other database platforms to conduct sophisticated pricing analyses and build financial models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the execution of corporate initiatives by assisting with data analysis and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Sales and Marketing Program Execution: Oversee the implementation, tracking, and adjustment of sales and marketing programs to ensure continuous incremental growth, both month-to-month and year-to-year.
Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals. Analyze market trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities to ensure the organization remains competitive and adaptable to changing conditions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics). MBA preferred.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with PriceFX or similar pricing software is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in retail or wholesale distribution pricing, merchandising, or marketing analysis (preferred, but not required).
Familiarity with pricing optimization and modeling in retail or wholesale environments.
