Key Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A: • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, analyze trends, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Provide detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario planning. • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for optimization. • Analyze production costs, raw material pricing, and supply chain efficiencies to identify areas for cost reduction. • Support product pricing strategies by assessing cost structures and market conditions. • Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive business initiatives and growth. • Develop and enhance financial models and tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning processes. • Lead the implementation of financial systems and automation solutions. • Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications of the Senior FP&A: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or a related. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
