Design and develop advanced financial models to identify and analyze key business drivers.
Establish relevant metrics to evaluate growth, profitability, cost control, efficiency, and productivity.
Provide management with high-value, actionable financial insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead and support operational initiatives across multiple business units.
Play a key role in the budgeting and financial planning processes.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting during the monthly close process.
Lead the revenue recognition and accounts receivable estimation efforts.
Drive continuous improvements in reporting accuracy, efficiency, and overall business insights.
Maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders across the organization.
Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects to enhance processes and drive productivity improvements.
Streamline and automate data collection and presentation workflows wherever possible.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 2+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 accounting, or a corporate finance role. Candidates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Excel, with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
Experience using reporting and planning systems or tools.
Familiarity with dashboarding, analytics, or programming tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL is a plus.
