Position Overview:
Civil Technology, Inc. is a part of a significant, multi-year construction upgrade project within a large commercial building in Denver, Colorado. We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our Program Management Team (PMT) and support the contract completion.
Responsibilities:
Review CM/GC subcontract pricing and provide recommendations throughout the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) process.
Review and validate CM/GC change requests.
Develop independent cost estimates as needed.
Maintain organized and detailed files, project records, and logs.
Attend project meetings as required.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4+ years of estimating experience.
Experience in bid evaluation and negotiation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Experience in vertical construction.
Experience in operational facilities.
Experience with occupied renovation projects.
