AFI Ventures, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the media planning and execution for three distinct brands. This role will involve assisting in the development of media strategies, coordinating campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to enhance brand visibility. Qualified candidates should have experience across various marketing channels with particular focus on digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy & Campaign Coordination
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for each brand, leveraging a variety of channels, including digital, television, print, and out-of-home media.
Assist in coordinating multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the seamless execution of campaigns.
Monitor and analyze media performance, providing insights for optimization and reporting.
Media Planning
Support the planning and execution of media buys across various platforms, ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
Collaborate with media agencies to develop and implement media plans that drive brand growth.
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data analysis to maximize ROI.
Branding Collaboration
Assist in maintaining brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing and media efforts.
Contribute to brand development initiatives and help enforce brand guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify new branding opportunities and audience insights.
Collaboration & Communication
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external media partners to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and execution timelines.
Assist in managing relationships with key media outlets and coordinating outreach efforts.
Provide regular updates to the leadership team on campaign performance and insights.
Administrative Support
Maintain media schedules and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and resources.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and recommendations.
Assist with market research to identify new media opportunities and audience insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in media planning or coordination, preferably in a marketing environment.
Strong understanding of digital, television, and traditional media planning and buying processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on media performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with multiple brands or in a fast-paced agency environment.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
