Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent/Broker with at least two years of experience in commercial real estate sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Broker and the company in lead management and client relationship-building. This position is ideal for someone who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic real estate team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport for Managing Broker
Assist the Managing Broker with lead management, ensuring all company-generated leads are tracked, prioritized, and followed up on using the company's Lead Management Chart.
Proactively handle follow-up tasks on offers written and other high-priority client interactions to keep the Managing Broker's pipeline active and organized.
Regularly review and update the Lead Urgency and Follow-Up System to ensure leads are categorized and managed effectively.
Lead and Client Relationship Management
Maintain consistent follow-up with past and present leads and clients through various communication methods, such as calls, emails, and personalized outreach.
Prepare and assist with Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs) to support listing efforts and provide accurate market insights to clients.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct thorough research and deliver Comparable Sales (Comps) for the Managing Broker and clients, including comps for seller and buyer leads.
Stay informed about market trends and updates to provide valuable insights that assist in client decision-making.
Transaction Support
Provide follow-up support on all offers written, ensuring smooth communication between clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Assist the Managing Broker with transaction-related tasks, including drafting proposals, agreements, and other required documentation.
Business Development
Collaborate with the Managing Broker to execute targeted follow-up campaigns for company-generated leads.
Develop creative and effective follow-up strategies to maintain and build client relationships.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial real estate sales.
Skills:
Sales, sales, Sales. Must be able to crush-it on the phone's, build rapport, book appointments.. This is the most important skill.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in pulling and analyzing market comps and preparing BOVs.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and other tools for tracking and managing leads.
