We are looking for an experienced U.S. Director of Management Sales to strengthen our North American expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Analysis and Customer Insights: In-depth analysis of the U.S. regulatory market to identify and understand industry dynamics, competitive trends, and customer needs. Regularly assess market trends, forecast future needs, and provide sales teams with market insights and strategic advice.
2.Customer Relationship Management and Expansion: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, including contractors, distributors, OEMs, etc. Identify new sales opportunities that translate into real orders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
3.Sales Team Leadership and Training: Lead and motivate the sales team to set and achieve sales goals. Provide training on product knowledge, sales skills and industry dynamics to enhance overall team competence.
4.Product Promotion and Brand Building: Develop and execute marketing programs to increase brand awareness and market share. Participate in or organize trade fairs, seminars, and showcase product and technology advantages.
5.Industry Compliance and Quality Management: Ensure sales activities comply with U.S. regulatory regulations and standards, including environmental, safety, and quality requirements.
6.Work closely with production, R&D and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and delivery time is met.
Qualifications
*At least 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing position in the pipe industry, building materials or related industry, including at least 3 years in a sales team management or leadership role.
*Must have legal qualifications to conduct business in North America, including but not limited to a work visa or U.S. citizenship.
*In-depth knowledge of the pipe industry, including the characteristics and applications of various pipe materials (e.g. PVC, HDPE, cast iron, etc.), as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
*Familiar with sales channels, distribution networks and customer groups in North America market, able to identify and develop potential customers.
