Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Development to lead our business growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the recruitment industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and developing and executing business strategies that align with our agency's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to secure new business.
Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to expand the client portfolio.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Use data and insights to develop targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
Collaboration and Networking:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
