One of the nation's premier boutique and entrepreneurial Multi-Family Office and Private Wealth Management firms, Keel Point, seeks an individual to join our Family Office Team as the Family Office Analyst in our Tysons, Virginia, office. The Family Office Analyst is a key member of the Family Office Team and works primarily with the Family Office Counsel to provide global financial, estate planning, business, and philanthropic services to our clients. This individual works integrally with members of the Client Service Teams to advise our ultra-high net worth clients on a range of financial issues.
Although this position can be remote, preference will be given to candidates who live or will relocate to the Washington, DC, or Northern Virginia area. A hybrid work arrangement is available.
Specific responsibilities include:
Design and produce strategy reports and other types of communications for Family Wealth Directors to use with clients and prospects.
Participate as part of a team providing sophisticated financial modeling and analysis. Develop materials for presentation to clients that clearly communicate options and projected outcomes.
Provide expertise and assistance to client teams to efficiently, accurately, and quickly respond to family office client needs and requests.
Analyze client budget and lifestyle requirements and assess financial independence.
Manage entity operations for clients.
Plan and execute other strategic projects and special assignments as needed.
This is a unique opportunity with a dynamic advisory company. The ideal candidate will possess and reflect Keel Point Core Values. The ideal candidate will understand core financial planning concepts and be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and multitask and manage the timeline of several projects simultaneously. A college degree and/or several years of experience in the financial management field with client contact would be a plus, as well as experience with financial modeling software.
