Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve team and individual goals
Drive business growth through client acquisition and relationship management

Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of staffing industry experience
5+ years in a leadership role within the staffing industry
Proven track record in team management and business development
Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and staffing industry technologies
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
In-depth knowledge of the local employment landscape and industry trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
