Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at CFF. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, communication assistance, and clerical tasks. This role is based in San Diego, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is appreciated but not required
