TechOhana has partnered with a family-owned, Ohio based distribution company keen to expand their Salesforce usage and are looking to bring onboard a Senior administrator inhouse to maintain and develop the instance alongside a longstanding partner and contractor support.
This is is growth role with intentions to bring the full team in-house within the next 18 months.
This role will take ownership of the Salesforce Field Service instance and will be responsible for managing the Salesforce Field service platform optimizing functionality as the organisation evolves. You will be responsible for day to day changes such as user setup and permissions alongside business projects utilising flow to increase their use of automation.
This is an expanding company so continual growth is expected as new business units are onboarded to Salesforce
Field service lightning is a large part of this project due to many field operatives needing continual access. As such FSL configuration skills are required for this role
