Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key energy-related projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business goals, stay within budget, and meet strict deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and oversee project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure clear communication among teams.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to drive project success.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy/utilities industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Preferred Experience:
  • Managing large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of energy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
