This role focuses on driving efficiencies and aligning supply chain and procurement processes with the evolving needs of the business during our period of transformation.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain management, and procurement within the telecom sector. They will excel at current and future state process mapping and stakeholder collaboration with a sense of how systems and applications will impact the current environment.
Responsibilities:
Process Mapping & Transformation:
Conduct detailed current state process mapping of supply chain and procurement workflows.
Design and document future state processes, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.
Develop and manage deliverables for supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with teams, including procurement, network, device, and IT, to ensure thorough documentation.
Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams on transformation goals.
Serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams.
Leverage data analytics (as necessary) to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and or process improvement roles.
Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
Certifications: Six Sigma, or related certifications are highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of telecom supply chain and procurement practices.
Expertise in process analysis, redesign, and implementation.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and drive impactful results.
Estimated Min Rate: $60
Estimated Max Rate: $65
